WordCamp Kenya would like to give you an opportunity to be the creator of this years Kenyan themed logo. If you are a graphic designer and you feel you can give it a shot, we are waiting for those designs – email your design to kenya[at]wordcamp.org.
If yours is the design is chosen, we shall give you a ticket to WordCamp Kenya 2012 which will include transport from Nairobi city center, accommodation at Maanzoni lodge, T-shirt and other WordCamp goodies and definitely, the 2 day conference.
The winning logo will be used in all merchandise and print materials for WordCamp Kenya 2012. If you choose to work with us to create banners and other design materials, you will automatically be listed as one of the sponsors on the website and also get a mention throughout the conference.
WordPress Logo – For guidelines
Below are a few guidelines to follow:
- Include the WordPress feel in it, in fact, build the logo from the WordPress logo and use the WordPress font for “WordCamp”.
- You are free to use any Kenyan symbols including flag colors. The logo finally has to read WordCamp Kenya 2012. “Kenya 2012” can have any other fonts.
